Job summary

Henkel in the United States is seeking a Strategic Manager for Business Transformation & Strategic Initiatives. You will lead cross-functional projects across the Adhesive Technologies unit, translating complex priorities into actionable plans with governance and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with senior leaders and functional teams to drive growth, performance, and strategic execution, ensuring adoption and value realization across Henkel ACA.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, PM, commercial ops or related roles.
• Experience leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders.
• Experience supporting transformation, BI/reporting, process improvement and change management.
• Exposure to M&A, integration or corporate development is a plus.
• Strong project management discipline: planning, governance, risk, exec reporting and benefits tracking.
• Strong business and financial acumen to support business cases and outcomes.
• Ability to structure complex priorities into clear plans and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Change management mindset with focus on adoption and sustainable impact.
• Proficiency with project management, reporting and collaboration tools.
• PMP certification preferred; demonstrated project management proficiency required.
• Industry experience in consumer goods, adhesives, manufacturing or distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Henkel ACA.
• Provide project leadership for PLRs, transformation programs, BI/reporting and change management.
• Translate business priorities into clear plans, timelines, owners and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional projects tied to Henkel ACA strategy and growth.
• Coordinate inputs across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and IT.
• Establish project governance, including status reporting and risk tracking.
• Track progress, adoption, benefits and business outcomes.
• Prepare executive updates and decision-support materials.
• Facilitate alignment across senior leaders and sponsors.
• Support selected M&A, integration or growth initiatives as needed.
