Job summary

Henkel in the United States, Ohio is seeking a Commercial Strategy & Operations Manager within the Adhesive Technologies unit. This role sits on the Commercial Excellence team and partners with sales, marketing, and leadership to drive efficiency, alignment, and execution across the organization.

You will coordinate initiatives, manage meetings and data updates, and support executive-level projects for the Head of North American Consumer & Construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, management or related field.
• 5+ years in business operations, project coordination, or executive support.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities; proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support key initiatives across the Commercial Sales organization.
• Steer Commercial Leadership strategic discussions.
• Manage meeting planning and logistics, including agendas and follow-up.
• Compile and organize business updates, data, presentations, and cross-functional input.
• Support executive-level projects for Head of North American Consumer & Construction.
• Partner with teams to improve communication flow and execution alignment.
• Help track timelines, deliverables, and next steps across projects.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide operational support for special projects, including acquisitions.
• Serve as a reliable go-to resource to keep initiatives moving forward.
