Job summary

Henkel ACA seeks a Strategic Project Manager – Business Transformation & Strategic Initiatives to lead high‑impact cross‑functional projects that support growth and performance improvements. You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans, ensure governance, and measure benefits across Henkel ACA.

Responsibilities include guiding transformation programs, BI/reporting initiatives, and change management, with collaboration across Commercial, Category, Marketing,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, or related roles.
• Experience leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders.
• Experience supporting transformation, PMR/category, commercial, technology, BI/reporting, process improvement, change management, or enterprise-wide projects.
• Exposure to M&A, integration, corporate development, or strategic growth initiatives is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects tied to Henkel ACA strategy, transformation, growth, and performance priorities.
• Translate complex business needs into clear project plans, timelines, owners, milestones, and success measures.
• Establish project governance with status reporting, risk tracking, and escalation paths.
• Prepare executive updates, recommendations, and decision-support materials.
• Coordinate inputs across Commercial, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and other teams.
