Job summary

The role leads PMO governance, change management, and executive communications, shaping priorities and ensuring delivery across cross-functional teams. A background in life sciences and strong stakeholder influence are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading enterprise strategy and transformation initiatives in complex organizations.
• Experience in life sciences companies preferred.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong track record translating strategy into execution across operating model changes.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage the strategic direction and multi-year roadmap for OneHUB, including operating model and enterprise integration.
• Oversee the central Transformation Office and align resources to business objectives.
• Lead PMO governance, milestones, budgets, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Drive change management plans and executive communications for adoption of new models.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver sustained business impact.
