Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Business Liaison Lead & Chief of Staff for the OneHUB organization. You will ensure alignment between OneHUB leadership and internal stakeholders, coordinate execution, and govern cross-functional initiatives across enterprise programs.

You will build trusted relationships, manage dependencies, and drive prioritized outcomes while guiding change management and executive communication. This is a senior, on-site role based in North Chicago with AbbVie’s centralized hub

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise execution, transformation, PMO, or Chief-of-Staff–type roles across cross-functional orgs.
• Proven ability to align senior stakeholders, manage interdependencies, and resolve execution challenges.
• Strong influencing and communication skills to drive outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between OneHUB leadership and supported business functions.
• Translate business priorities into OneHUB execution plans and ensure two-way communication with enterprise stakeholders.
• Own governance forums and prioritization mechanisms across OneHUB and serve as escalation point for cross-OneHUB initiatives.
• Lead cross-pillar planning and dependency management to enable integrated execution.
• Support change initiatives and ensure teams are informed and engaged during transitions.
• Contribute strategic insights to planning and identify efficiency opportunities.
