Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Business Liaison Lead & Chief of Staff to manage the OneHUB relationship with internal business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with leadership and cross-functional teams. You will own governance, prioritization, and execution coordination across OneHUB initiatives.

You will build trust-based relationships, translate priorities into actionable plans, and drive continuous improvement while shaping long-term objectives and providing executive-ready updates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise execution, transformation, PMO, or Chief-of-Staff type roles within cross-functional organizations, ideally in pharma/healthcare.
• Proven ability to align senior stakeholders, manage interdependencies, facilitate decisions and resolve execution challenges.
• Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between OneHUB leadership and supported business functions.
• Translate business priorities into OneHUB execution plans and ensure two-way communication with stakeholders.
• Own governance forums, escalation processes, and alignment across cross-OneHUB initiatives.
• Support change management and performance monitoring to improve service delivery.
• Drive strategic input, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment for prioritization and coordination.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

Masters degree, MBA or equivalent preferred
