Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of related experience; consulting experience highly preferred.
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Extensive finance and accounting expertise with a track record of optimization.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and deliver with urgency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team through strategy definition, future state visioning, target operating model, roadmap delivery.
• Develop operating models aligned to industry standards; build governance structures.
• Define roles, responsibilities and organizational structures; establish metrics.
• Manage multiple projects with staffing, deadlines and client expectations.
• Document business cases, requirements and implementation plans for projects.
