Regions Bank is seeking a Business Transformation Principal to lead large-scale transformation initiatives across the bank, partnering with executives to shape end-to-end programs that align with strategic objectives.

This role requires deep expertise in strategy, technology, operations and change leadership, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes and building high-performance cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• MBA with 8+ years of transformation or PM experience
• Or BA with 8+ years of transformation experience at a top-tier consulting firm
• Or BA with 10+ years of transformation or PM experience
• 5 years of project management experience
• Experience across enterprise businesses

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives on transformation journeys and outcomes
• Develop transformation strategies and high impact solutions
• Partner with executives to implement enterprise-wide strategies
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams to meet objectives
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams with focus on high-performance and inclusion
• Guide people-side of transformation for adoption and sustainability
