Regions Financial Corporation seeks a Business Transformation Principal to lead large‑scale initiatives across the bank. You will partner with senior executives to shape end‑to‑end programs, combining strategy, technology, operations and change leadership to deliver measurable value.

The role requires a strong background in enterprise program management, a track record of driving change, and the ability to mentor teams while aligning programs with strategic objectives.

Qualificações

• MBA or a Bachelor’s degree with significant transformation experience.
• Eight (8) years of transformation or project management experience required.
• Five (5) years of project management experience and cross‑functional exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives on transformation journeys.
• Develop transformation strategies and deliver high‑impact solutions.
• Drive organizational change and partner with top management to implement programs.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery teams to meet transformation objectives.
• Improve enterprise processes, policies, and tools for program management.
• Build and guide cross‑functional teams fostering high performance.
