Job summary
East West Bank is seeking a Transformation Leader to define and drive its Retail Strategy and Transformation agenda. You will partner with the MD of Customer Experience, Retail leadership, and the COO to deliver high-priority initiatives across branch strategy, talent transformation, and digital enablement.

Qualifications
- Experience leading retail banking transformation and growth strategies.
- Deep understanding of consumer and business banking and branch operations.
- Bridge strategy and execution with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- 4+ years in management consulting or 7+ years in banking/strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive high-priority transformation workstreams from strategy through implementation.
- Develop business cases, implementation plans, success metrics, and dashboards.
- Lead liaison across Retail, Operations, Digital, Product, Technology, AML/BSA, and Strategy.
- Prepare executive analyses, recommendations, and updates for senior leadership.
