Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible project/program management, transformation, or consulting experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with organizational impact.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to drive priorities and change.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Experience leading change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience developing executive communications, strategic presentations, and decision-support materials.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex transformational initiatives across departments.
• Partner with executives to define vision, scope, objectives, success metrics, risks, and resources.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, governance structures, timelines, and tracking.
• Identify and mitigate risks, barriers, and issues to maintain momentum toward goals.
• Facilitate executive steering committees, governance meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and influence across multiple levels of the organization.
• Provide executive-level reporting, business cases, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support organizational change management activities including communication planning and adoption strategies.
• Mentor project managers and contribute to methodology maturation within TMO.
