Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) seeks a Senior Project Manager for Integrated Project Services to lead a complex capital portfolio with governance, controls, and continuous improvement. This role partners with PD&C leadership to ensure scope, schedule, cost, and risk are aligned to strategic goals.

Hybrid work arrangement in NYC with a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. The Senior PM will develop dashboards, manage multi-project delivery, and mentor teams while upholding MSK's standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in capital project delivery or PMO leadership.
• Experience managing complex healthcare or research capital programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to implement governance frameworks and portfolio standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead PD&C Capital Project Delivery Framework across a diverse portfolio.
• Serve as senior SME for integrated project controls, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Provide portfolio oversight of scope, budget, schedule, cash flow, and risk.
• Collaborate with project teams to drive integrated planning and reporting.
• Oversee estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
• Develop executive dashboards and governance presentations for leadership.
• Lead lifecycle activities from planning through closeout and turnover.
