Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a Senior Project Manager within the Transformation Management Office. You will lead complex cross-functional initiatives, partnering with executive leadership to accelerate enterprise transformation and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will mentor project teams, drive governance, and contribute to the maturation of TMO methodologies and tools, while ensuring alignment with MSK's strategic priorities and ongoing change initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible project/program management, transformation, or consulting experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to drive priorities and organizational change.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
• Experience leading change management, process improvement, and transformation initiatives.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex transformational initiatives across departments and enterprise functions.
• Partner with executive and operational leaders to define vision, scope, objectives, success metrics, dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, governance structures, timelines, and tracking mechanisms.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, barriers, and issues while maintaining momentum toward goals.
• Facilitate executive steering committees, governance meetings, and stakeholder discussions to support decision-making.
