Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) seeks a Senior Project Manager for Integrated Project Services to lead a complex capital portfolio. You will drive project controls, governance, and performance management, partnering with PD&C leadership to align scope, cost, schedule, and procurement with strategic goals.

This role requires 10+ years in capital project delivery, healthcare experience, and certifications (PMP/ CCM or equivalent).

Qualifications

• 10+ years in capital project delivery, project controls, or PMO leadership.
• Experience in healthcare, higher education, research, life sciences, or similar complex settings.
• Experience governing project delivery frameworks, controls, and portfolio management standards.
• Certifications such as PMP, CCM, AACE, PSP, EVP, LEED, WELL or equivalent.
• Advanced experience with data visualization, enterprise reporting, and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the PD&C Capital Project Delivery Framework.
• Serve as senior SME for integrated project controls, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Provide portfolio‑level oversight of performance, scope, budget, schedule, and risk.
• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, contractors, Finance, and Procurement for integrated planning and reporting.
• Direct portfolio‑level estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
• Oversee schedule development, milestones, critical path, and recovery planning across multiple projects.
• Develop and deliver executive dashboards and governance presentations for strategic decision‑making.
• Lead project controls throughout the lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Drive training and adoption of standardized tools and best practices.
