Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in project/program management with progressively increasing responsibility.
2+ years in a lead role managing transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation and measurable business results.
Design executive workshops and governance forums to drive decisions and accountability.
Establish end-to-end process ownership across value streams and define ownership roles.
Develop and improve transformation methodologies and governance to drive consistency.
Mentor analysts and process engineers to grow capabilities and impact.
