Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives from assessment to measurable results.
• Design executive workshops, governance forums, and problem-solving sessions.
• Define end-to-end ownership, metrics, and governance across value streams.
• Develop transformation methodologies, governance, and CoE foundations.
• Mentor analysts and process engineers to strengthen impact.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and drive adoption of AI/digital initiatives.
