International Motors, LLC is seeking a Transformation Manager to drive enterprise-wide Business Process Transformation (BPT) initiatives in Lisle, IL. You will partner with Director- and VP-level leaders to shape priorities, design actionable roadmaps, and deliver measurable value across functions.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, governance, and change management to accelerate execution and adoption of AI and digital initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 11+ years of project/program management experience.
• Or Master’s degree with 9+ years of project/program management experience and 2+ years of lead experience.
• Or 14+ years of project/program management experience with 2+ years of lead experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship not planned.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional strategy and alignment to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive decisions and resolve ownership gaps.
• Drive AI and digital transformation initiatives and governance models.
• Establish end-to-end process ownership and governance across value streams.
• Mentor analysts and process engineers to build transformation capability.
