Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 11+ years in project/program management.
Master's degree and 9+ years in project/program management.
14+ years of project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

Align priorities across functions and drive decisions.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable process improvements and governance.
Identify interdependencies and resolve ownership gaps across initiatives.
Lead AI and digital transformation initiatives and drive adoption.
Establish governance, ownership, metrics, and accountability for transformation efforts.
Mentor and develop analysts and transformation practitioners.
