Job summary

Fresh Origins seeks a Manager, AI & Business Transformation to lead the AI program from the business side, partnering with Operations, Sales, Accounting, and Production. You will build the AI roadmap, manage partners, run pilots, and drive adoption of enterprise AI tools while ensuring governance and alignment with ERP and data lake practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• PMP, CBAP, or similar certification is a plus.
• 5+ years as a business analyst, systems analyst, or project manager in an ERP-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI roadmap and project portfolio from discovery through adoption.
• Lead business analysis for AI use cases by interviewing stakeholders and mapping processes.
• Run projects end-to-end: scope, timeline, resourcing, risk, testing, rollout, reporting.
• Manage outside AI consultants and implementation partners.
• Lead AI-driven demand planning and data readiness initiatives.
• Support rollout of AI-assisted order intake and customer service automation.
• Drive adoption of enterprise AI tools, training, licenses, and governance.
