Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact transformation initiatives with senior stakeholders across the enterprise to identify, prioritize, and deliver sustainable value.
• Frame current state challenges by synthesizing data to distill the need for change.
• Articulate option sets and recommendations for a path forward, weighing impact, effort, and timelines.
• Assemble and coordinate cross-functional teams, building consensus and ensuring accountability across diverse stakeholders.
• Translate content and recommendations into compelling presentations for C-suite and Board-level audiences.
• Design target operating models, including governance structures and process design.
• Monitor initiative performance and adoption against defined success measures.
• Develop and maintain project plans to drive progress and elevate blockers in a timely manner.
