Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced Reinventive Enterprise Program Manager to anchor AI transformation programs in Life Sciences. You will run communications, milestones, and portfolio reporting across multiple workstreams, ensuring disciplined governance and visibility for leadership.

You will leverage AI-powered tools to automate operations, manage budgets, and coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators, while traveling as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining program operating rhythms for executive audiences.
• Track record managing multi-workstream programs from initiation to completion.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled project management and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across transformation workstreams.
• Track budget actuals, surface variances, and support governance reporting.
• Coordinate across teams to maintain an integrated view of progress, dependencies, and risks.
• Maintain operating cadence including cadence calls, status reports, and risk logs.
