Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in strategy, consulting, or transformation.
• Proven track record leading complex strategic initiatives end-to-end.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate into actionable plans.
• Experience advising senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own analytical framework and design for strategic initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end strategy development and executive alignment.
• Advise senior leaders on strategic direction and transformation.
• Coordinate across clinical, operational, finance, and HR stakeholders.
• Identify risks and barriers; develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Coach Strategy and Transformation staff.
• Develop tools and frameworks to support enterprise execution.
