CareMore Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance to leverage medical claims and financial data to improve population health, utilization, and network performance. You will partner with clinical, network, and leadership teams to deliver data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include ROI assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and building financial models to support strategic initiatives and care management programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, economics, healthcare admin, analytics or related field.
• 2–4 years in healthcare analytics, financial analysis or consulting.
• Strong ability to distill data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Analyze medical claims data to evaluate utilization patterns and costs across attributed populations.
• Assess provider and network performance to support network strategy and engagement.
• Support value-based care by analyzing financial performance against benchmarks and capitation assumptions.
• Perform ROI, cost-benefit, and variance analyses to inform decisions.
• Develop financial models and reporting for network optimization and care management.
• Collaborate with clinical, network, and operations to size and track improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex analyses into clear insights for senior leadership and provider teams.
