Job summary

IEHP is looking for a Transformation Analyst III to lead cross-department analytics supporting transformation and compliance initiatives. You will engage stakeholders, evaluate data sources, and build visualization tools to inform strategic decisions that align with IEHP goals.

The role requires advanced analytics, data integration, and strong communication with leadership across the organization to drive quality improvement and policy development.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in healthcare study development, writing and analysis.
• Experience with complex data systems and datasets.
• EMR/documentation/reporting/analysis experience.
• Master’s degree or bachelor’s with hospital/health plan experience.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma or Healthcare Quality cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-department analytics to support transformation recommendations.
• Engage stakeholders to conduct technical analyses and plan actions.
• Evaluate data sources and create visualization tools for decisions.
• Recommend strategic business unit actions and policy updates.
• Coordinate studies, data collection, analysis, and policy interpretation.
