You will advise the CEO and leadership, lead cross-functional initiatives across clinical, operational, financial, and executive teams, and translate industry trends into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise strategy frameworks.
• Expertise in organizational change and transformation programs.
• Experience advising CEO and executive leadership on strategic decisions.

Responsabilités

• Develop enterprise strategy and transformation program design, spanning strategic planning methodology, initiative prioritization frameworks, and transformation execution standards.
• Design new strategic frameworks and transformation approaches where no established methodology exists within the function.
• Serve as the enterprise subject-matter expert on strategy and transformation, consulted on the most complex and consequential organizational and market strategy decisions.
• Lead major cross-functional strategy and transformation initiatives, managing alignment across clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders.
• Monitor healthcare industry trends, competitive dynamics, and organizational performance to translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Advise the CEO and executive team on enterprise strategy, organizational direction, and transformation investment priorities.
