Job summary

M&T Equipment Finance Corporation, part of M&T Bank, seeks a Senior Transformation Program Manager to drive the technology transformation program within the Transformation Office. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, align with governance standards, and partner with Product, Technology, and Business leadership to deliver future-state platforms.

Exceptional communicators with a track record in large-scale transformation and enterprise-level change initiatives are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in business/technology transformation, product or project management.
• Proven expertise applying governance frameworks, methodologies and tools to deliver outcomes.
• Certification in PMP, SAFe, or Agile.
• Experience leading enterprise-level, high-impact change initiatives with measurable business value.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex transformation initiatives and high-impact engagements.
• Build credibility with senior stakeholders to enable collaboration across the organization.
• Design, implement and manage initiatives aligned with governance standards.
• Ensure technology solutions meet objectives, regulatory requirements, scalability, and customer experience goals.
• Lead as trusted advisor to sponsors and leaders, driving alignment and momentum.
• Develop data-driven strategic recommendations leveraging banking domain knowledge.
• Navigate complexity by managing multiple efforts, sequencing activities to mitigate risk.
• Provide senior leadership with clear insights through program performance reporting.
• Establish operating rhythm and disciplined delivery to drive execution certainty.
• Define outcomes and metrics to measure transformation success and value realization.
• Communicate and tailor artifacts for audiences across the organization.
