Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years leading organizational change, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale, high-impact initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to assess organizational challenges, facilitate discovery, and develop integrated solutions leveraging multiple disciplines.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and influencing skills engaging senior executives and shaping strategic decisions.
• Exceptional systems thinking and business acumen connecting strategy, customer needs, employee experience, and change adoption.
• Experience integrating change management with agile ways of working to support stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Track record of coaching and developing practitioners across teams and functions.
• Recognition of Prosci or ACMP CCMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and serve as the principal Organizational Change Management practitioner for prioritized initiatives within Enterprise Platforms and other areas.
• Develop and execute change strategies to enable adoption, minimize disruption, and realize business outcomes.
• Assess organizational impacts and readiness, identify risks, and address adoption challenges.
• Coach executives, sponsors, leaders, and teams through complex transformations.
• Design communications, engagement, learning, and reinforcement strategies for long-term success.
• Measure adoption and readiness, using insights to continuously improve results.
