Job summary

M&T Equipment Finance Corporation seeks a Senior Transformation Program Manager to lead its technology transformation portfolio, driving core system consolidation, upgrades, data, integrations, testing, and deployments. You will partner with Product, Technology, and Business leadership and external vendors to define and implement future-state platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of experience in transformation programs or related roles.
• Proven ability to apply governance frameworks, methodologies, and tools to deliver measurable outcomes in large-scale transformation programs.
• Certification such as PMP, SAFe, Agile, or related certification is preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise-level, high-impact change initiatives in large organizations with clear business value.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Adaptability and comfort leading through ambiguity, driving clarity and momentum.

• Provide senior leadership with clear, actionable insights through program performance reporting.
• Drive disciplined delivery and establish operating rhythm with senior leaders and partners.
• Define outcomes, success metrics, and value realization for transformation efforts.
• Maintain rigorous tracking and escalation of actions, risks, and issues.
• Create communications and artifacts for diverse audiences ensuring clarity and engagement.
• Demonstrate agility and continuous learning across evolving priorities.
