Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of full-time work experience in consulting/strategy, or Master’s with healthcare exposure.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with strategic frameworks and strategy development.
• Ability to identify, structure, and solve business problems.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of one or more workstreams with limited support from team leadership
• Solves problems flexibly across quantitative analysis, qualitative research, stakeholder management, slide design
• Delivers data-backed, high-quality deliverables with limited rework
• Translates insights into effective written communication, typically PowerPoint
• Develops trust-based relationships with business partners
