You will partner with senior leaders to chart enterprise transformation, manage diverse stakeholders, and communicate outcomes through clear PowerPoint and written briefs. Hybrid work in Louisville, KY, and Arlington, VA with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or Master’s degree with 3+ years in consulting or healthcare transformation
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional workstreams and influencing executives
• Proven capabilities with quantitative analysis and stakeholder management
• Exposure to technology-driven solutions in healthcare environments
• Program management experience on large-scale transformational programs

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of one complex workstream (or multiple, less complex workstreams) with limited oversight
• Develops initiative-level workplans and manages outcome-based delivery
• Solves problems creatively and delivers strategies independently
• Generates data-based insights and action plans
• Creates compelling executive-level written communication
• Establishes trust-based relationships with business leaders; emerging expert in focus areas
• Contributes to a positive and collaborative working and learning environment
