Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Transactions Paralegal to support the M&A function within the Corporate & Securities Legal team, focusing on strategic transactions and integration. You will manage deal checklists, data rooms, closing activities, and post-closing deliverables.

You will work with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant transaction processes, including regulatory filings and entity document preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification required.
• Proven experience supporting M&A transactions and post-closing integration.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A transactions, data rooms, closing activities, and post-closing deliverables.
• Draft, review, and negotiate routine agreements with supervision.
• Coordinate with Subsidiary Governance for entity documents and filings.
• Assist with regulatory filings (CFIUS, HSR, antitrust) and foreign direct investment filings.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under attorney supervision.
• Support internal audits, risk management, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare materials for executive review of transaction structures and risks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across AMD to improve processes.
