You will work with senior leaders to assess markets, develop investment theses, and translate technology trends into actionable opportunities, leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis while protecting confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Define inorganic growth priorities and develop acquisition/ investment theses.
• Monitor AI hardware/software and data-center trends affecting AMD's strategy.
• Evaluate companies, tech, IP, and capabilities to strengthen AMD's roadmap.
• Develop acquisition business cases, valuations, and senior leadership materials.
• Lead or coordinate all phases of M&A execution and closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely outcomes.
• Support integration planning and post-close performance monitoring.
• Improve Corporate Development processes and knowledge management.
• Build external network with investors, entrepreneurs, and industry experts.
