Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing federal grants (e.g., WIOA) and internal funding programs.
• Ability to build and monitor training budgets and forecast financial needs.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements for government-funded programs.
• Strong collaboration with HR, Finance, Quality and Operations.
• Experience with audit readiness and documentation control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance of WIOA and other training funds while ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate training plans with Talent Capability Leaders and site leaders.
• Monitor training delivery, track OJT hours, and validate milestones.
• Maintain training records, matrices, and documentation for audits.
