Oklahoma Employment Security Commission is seeking a Training and Performance Consultant to partner with divisions, identify performance gaps, and design effective training solutions. The role combines instructional design, measurement, and classroom facilitation to improve outcomes across programs.

You will embed with operations teams, analyze data, and develop live and digital training materials, including manuals, desk aids, and knowledge resources, with on-site work required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in instructional design or training development preferred.
• Knowledge of adult education principles and training methods required.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with operating divisions to observe workflows and identify performance gaps.
• Design and deliver training solutions, including live, virtual, and asynchronous materials.
• Develop knowledge resources and measurable assessments to evaluate training impact.
