The Learning & Development Partner at the Oklahoma Tax Commission collaborates with agency leaders to assess, design, and deliver training programs that enhance employee knowledge, skills, and abilities. This role ensures initiatives align with regulatory requirements and best practices in adult learning, while continuously evaluating training effectiveness and building strong relationships across the agency.

They will gather knowledge, simplify it, package it, and deliver right-sized solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• 2 years of experience in education, instructional design, training, HR, or program management.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Build partnerships with stakeholders and employees across the agency.
• Assess, design and deliver training programs aligned with agency goals.
• Develop and implement learning interventions across modalities (instructor-led, virtual, e-learning).
• Track and report training performance results to leadership.
