• 5 years in corporate environment or 3 years in training/claims/insurance.
• Technical expert in software used by the operational area.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• In-office presence and hands-on training experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training materials for systems and processes.
• Develop, coordinate and facilitate trainings and trainer support.
• Audit, document and report audit performance metrics for colleagues.
• Provide weekly assessment feedback to trainees and management.
• Develop onboarding curriculum for CERS colleagues.
