Job summary

Seattle Children’s in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Training Program Manager to implement, manage, and evaluate daily operations of a multidisciplinary team of trainers and contractors, aligning IT training projects with organizational goals.

You will oversee development and delivery of training for IT projects, upgrades, and new user education, partnering with clinical and business leaders to continuously improve learning content in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education/IT/related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive work experience in Education, IT, or technical field.
• Minimum 2 years leading or managing IT training positions.
• Experience using Project Lifecycle and project planning methodologies.
• Healthcare experience collaborating with clinical and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and evaluate daily operations of a multi-disciplinary training team and contractors.
• Develop, deliver, and support IT training for projects, new user training, and software upgrades.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to improve learning content for changing systems.
• Foster employee engagement and collaboration across teams.
