• Minimum of five years of healthcare technology training, Epic, EHR education, healthcare IT, informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of people leadership, supervisory, project leadership, or management experience.
• Experience leading educational initiatives, system implementations, organizational change, or user adoption programs.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows and information systems in ambulatory and hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and evaluation of enterprise training programs.
• Oversee curriculum development, competency assessment, and training materials.
• Coordinate training logistics, sessions, and environments across locations.
• Guide user readiness and adoption of Epic and related clinical systems.
