Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives across enterprise applications. You will partner with senior leaders, IT teams and clinical stakeholders to deliver projects using standard lifecycle methodologies and effective change management.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, risk management, and mentorship within the PMO, with a focus on healthcare operations and complex deployments across on-premises

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years IT project management experience.
• Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement high quality IT solutions using standard lifecycle methodologies.
• Manage objectives with broad multi-organizational impact across teams.
• Collaborate with teams to plan integrations of legacy systems with new tech (Microsoft stack, PeopleSoft, cloud, SaaS, CRM, clinical systems).
• Drive strategic planning and risk mitigation for complex projects.
• Hold project teams accountable and ensure key deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership to develop solutions for complex IT problems and mentor junior PMs.
• Manage and report on KPIs for cost, scope, and timeline.
