Virtuoso, Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Strategy & Quality in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of elite learning experiences across online, in-person, and event formats.

As a people leader and strategic partner, you will drive learning quality, engagement, and organizational impact while collaborating with regional teams, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to advance priorities and commercial objectives.

Mansioni

Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and professional development support for assigned team members.
Partner with the Senior Director to advance departmental priorities, strategic initiatives, and organizational goals.
Lead strategy, development, delivery, and continuous improvement for assigned professional development offerings and learning experiences.
Align learning initiatives with organizational priorities, learner needs, business objectives, and commercial opportunities.
Identify opportunities to enhance learner value, strengthen learning effectiveness, and uphold an elite standard of quality.
