Qualifications

• 2–4 years in learning and development, events, or travel-related areas.
• Strong multitasking with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Zoom for live sessions.
• Comfort with learning platforms and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute professional development and training offerings.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communications.
• Liaise with partners on content, formatting, and requirements.
• Host and facilitate live and virtual learning experiences.
• Review content, run practice sessions, and ensure presenter readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on logistics and technology needs.
• Track schedules, metrics, inventory, and delivery quality.
• Analyze participation data to support reporting.
