Job summary

Virtuoso is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Strategy & Quality to lead strategic development and delivery of elite learning experiences for members and partners. The role provides leadership, coaching, and quality standards across online, in-person, and event-based formats.

Working with the Senior Director, you will align initiatives with organizational priorities, engage regional teams and SMEs, and drive year-round learning engagement to support commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in learning and development, education, organizational development, business, or related field.
• 4–7 years of progressively responsible experience in learning and development, professional development, facilitation, curriculum development, training, education, event learning, or related fields.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams, including performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Experience facilitating, moderating, and presenting learning experiences for professional audiences across virtual and in-person environments.
• Experience developing and delivering professional development offerings, learning experiences, conferences, events, workshops, curricula, or learning pathways.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and professional development support for assigned team members.
• Partner with senior leadership to advance departmental priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Lead strategy, development, delivery, and continuous improvement for professional development offerings and learning experiences.
• Align learning initiatives with organizational priorities, learner needs, business objectives, and commercial opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance learner value and learning outcomes; maintain elite quality standards.
• Coach and support facilitators, presenters, and subject matter experts to strengthen learning effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain facilitation standards, learning frameworks, and best practices.
