Job summary

Paychex is seeking a senior Training and Development leader who will partner with the VP of Organizational Development and the Director of Training and Development to deliver classroom and field-based training across products, systems, sales, operations, and corporate training.

You will assess needs, develop and enhance programs, manage budgets, recruit training managers, coach others, and ensure programs meet company goals while driving learning and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 10+ years of training experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs Training and Development Center staff and resources.
• Oversees delivery of training across products, systems, sales, operations, and corporate training.
• Collaborates with the Director to recruit and interview new training managers.
• Coaches and develops other training managers.
• Manages program quality within the budget framework.
• Reviews budget plans and aligns training budgets with organizational goals.
• Identifies training needs with senior and executive leadership.
• Evaluates and implements development solutions and external resources as needed.
• Designs new training programs and initiatives.
