Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering scalable corporate training programs.
• Ability to analyze training needs via surveys, interviews, and stakeholder input.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Training needs analysis with managers, SMEs, and departments.
• Design, update, and enhance training curricula and materials.
• Deliver training sessions in-person or virtually.
• Evaluate training programs with feedback and metrics to meet learning objectives.
• Oversee LMS implementation and ongoing management.
• Collaborate with HR and managers on performance improvement plans.
