Job summary

LeadsOnline LLC. is seeking a Director, Global Training & SME Support to architect and scale our worldwide training and expert‑level support program. You will design the team, roles, and partner network to deliver durable customer value across the U.S.

and global ballistics domains, shaping how training differentiates LeadsOnline in the market. You will own the learning platform, credentialing strategies, and cross‑functional partnerships with Sales, CS, Marketing, and external training partners

Qualifications

• Proven experience building or scaling training, enablement, or customer-education functions.
• Commercial fluency: articulate value to Sales and CS.
• Strong cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
• Tech-savvy with learning tech to build and operate LMS.
• Systems- and process-oriented; build repeatable programs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale the global training and SME function, including roles, programs, and partner network.
• Own strategy for delivering value-lifecycle training across onboarding, activation, and expansion.
• Lead design and operation of the LMS, training site, and content delivery (in-person, live virtual, self-paced).
• Partner with Sales, Product, CS, and Marketing to align enablement with revenue goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain trainers and SMEs; mentor the team and drive ownership culture.
• Represent best practices and trends to the Senior Leadership Team.
