Job summary

Engage fi is seeking a Strategic Consultant to provide guidance and SME support to clients through core/digital conversions, mergers, and acquisitions. You will assess, design, and implement training strategies to ensure smooth transitions and maximize client readiness.

The role emphasizes relationship management, project oversight, and vendor coordination, with remote work options and travel up to 20%. A strong background in training design and banking/vendor experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the credit union, banking, payments, or related vendor industry.
• Experience in training design, facilitation and implementation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong client relationships and guides stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Oversees complex client projects, manages scope, schedule, and budget per SOW.
• Develops vendor relationships and stays informed on market trends and vendor updates.
• Designs and executes training plans for core and digital platform conversions.
• Mentors Engage fi teammates and documents project artifacts.
