Job summary

Abrigo is seeking a Training Consultant to educate community financial institutions on our Financial Crimes solutions. You will deliver training virtually, onsite, or in a hybrid format to enable product adoption and successful implementations.

You''ll develop training materials, lead sessions, and partner with Product to incorporate client feedback. The role requires travel up to 20% domestically and a focus on clear, engaging instruction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience training users on complex software products.
• 2+ years of banking experience, ideally in BSA/AML/CFT compliance and/or fraud.
• Strong presentation, training, and group facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across all functional areas of Abrigo’s Financial Crimes applications to support customer learning requirements.
• Demonstrate software proficiency by completing onboarding requirements.
• Deliver engaging training virtually, in-person and onsite across various solutions to support implementation and ongoing product adoption.
• Help clients understand how effective software usage supports their broader business needs.
• Collaborate with Product Development to maintain and enhance products based on client feedback.
• Improve internal processes to support a best-in-class client education program, including developing training materials and online learning content.
• Maintain records and operational systems in accordance with established processes.
• Lead Abrigo-sponsored client events.
