Qualifications

• 2–5 years of outside sales, business development, or account management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close recurring service contracts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time-management and follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities in the Atlanta market.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with utility, general, and infrastructure contractors.
• Present and negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
