Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client relationship efforts.
• Oversee traffic control operations and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and MUTCD requirements.
• Develop and manage branch operations and profitability.
• Coach and develop field and office personnel.
