Netsmart is seeking a Team Lead & Events Manager in Overland Park, KS to guide a three-person tradeshow team and drive high-impact event experiences. You will shape event strategy, manage budgets, and partner with senior leaders to align with business goals.

Responsibilities include leading 150+ tradeshows annually, overseeing conference logistics, vendor relationships, and process improvements to deliver top-quality attendee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects, direct reports and priorities.
• At least 6 years of experience with tradeshow association management and conference planning.
• Travel up to 30% and onsite work in Overland Park, KS.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage comprehensive tradeshow and user conference programs.
• Lead strategic planning and execution of more than 150 annual tradeshows.
• Oversee exhibit hall logistics for the annual user conference.
• Build, manage and strengthen vendor partnerships for seamless execution.
• Coach and develop a team of three associates.
